		<description>Greetings, hopefully I can join the chat tomorrow and plan to add this to my weekly schedule! Agree that the word transparency is becoming one of the new buzz words. 

Last year there was a great post in HBR (http://bit.ly/aN2BxM) that spoke to the difference between clarity and transparency for leaders.I think this has interesting implications for consultants and of course the client/consultant relationship.</description>
